Alright butt, it’s that time of year again — Steelhouse Festival has dropped its 2026 lineup, and let’s just say… it’s an absolute riff tsunami. 
Every year we say “they can’t possibly top that,” and every year, the Mountain looks us dead in the eyes and goes: “Hold my pint.” 
So grab your wellies, your waterproofs, and your loudest mates — because Steelhouse 2026 is shaping up to be one for the Welsh rock ‘n’ roll history books. Let’s dive headfirst into this glorious madness
This year’s top-billing acts are pure power. We’re talking arena-level legends bringing their A-game to the top of that Ebbw Vale mountain.
THE DARKNESS – Back to save rock ‘n’ roll again! Expect sequins, sky-high vocals, and that Christmas tune echoing through the valleys. Justin Hawkins is still a national treasure — even if he’s from Lowestoft.
AIRBOURNE – Aussie chaos merchants ready to melt faces and spray beer over the first five rows. Think AC/DC energy with more sweat, less subtlety, and a touch of absolute carnage.
BLACK STAR RIDERS – Thin Lizzy’s DNA still burns through this powerhouse of riffs and Irish soul. You’ll be singing “The Boys Are Back in Town” whether it’s on the setlist or not.
