📍 Steelhouse Appearance: 2025
🎸 Genre: Alt-Rock / Grunge / Modern Hard Rock
🏴 From: Reading, England, UK

🎤 Band Bio

Marisa & The Moths are here to break the mold — blending 90s grunge with modern alternative rock, this UK band delivers raw emotion, chunky riffs, and powerhouse vocals in equal measure. Fronted by the fierce and fiery Marisa Rodriguez, the Moths have quickly gained a rep for deeply personal lyrics wrapped in riff-heavy, high-octane energy.

Their music echoes the likes of Halestorm, Evanescence, and Alice In Chains, but with a bold identity that’s 100% their own. Think dark, emotional, hook-laden rock with real teeth.

👥 Band Members

  • 🎤 Marisa Rodriguez – Vocals
  • 🎸 Nathan Martin – Lead Guitar
  • 🎸 Liam James – Rhythm Guitar
  • 🎸 Chris Moulton – Bass
  • 🥁 Alex Ribchester – Drums

(Note: Line-up has evolved slightly over the years – 2025 includes the full powerhouse setup)

💿 Album List

  • 🔥 Marisa & The Moths (2019)
Breakout debut with tracks like Needy, Skin, and Slave.
    💬 Raw, personal, and punchy.
  • 💣 What Doesn’t Kill You (2023)
A bold, emotional step forward. Tracks like Wither Away and Pedestal show growth and grit.
🌪️ More polished but no less intense.

🏔️ Steelhouse Festival Appearances

🌕 2025 – Steelhouse New Blood Power Surge

This will be their Steelhouse debut, and early buzz suggests it’s going to be one of those sets — where new fans are made by the minute. Expect thunderous riffs, impassioned vocals, and a crowd left gasping for air.

“They’re not just opening the stage – they’re kicking down the doors. The mountain won’t know what hit it.”

💥 Overall Review

“Marisa & The Moths are the future of alt-rock, and 2025’s Steelhouse slot is about to cement that. With gritty emotion, big choruses, and stage dominance, they’re a band that will leave the mountain buzzing.”
